The Solution to Rising Health Care Costs

Before the economy became a problem, the news stories were about how health care is too expensive and people cannot afford insurance. Now that the economy is the top story, even more people are unable to afford health care. Do you know people who are in this position? Are you concerned that you could face this before the economy recovers? Would you be interested in a solution?

Corporate Structure and Network Marketing

The company that I used to work for has an upside down pyramid for their corporate structure.  The customers are at the top because a company cannot exist without customers.  The next layer down has the regular employees who support the customers by taking orders, providing technical support, and handling accounting issues.  The next level are the team leads whose job is to support the regular employees.  They provide the employees with everything they need to get their jobs done.  Below them are a handful of team captains who support the team leads.  Then at the bottom is the company captain.  As you can probably guess by now, his job is to support the team captains.  The company is doing well even in this recession because they have very loyal customers and extremely low turnover in the workforce.  The company exists to provide good service to the customers and give the employees a great place to work.

Planning – How Much Do You Want to Make?

How much money do you want to make this year?  Do you know how you are going to do it?

My wife and I spent some more time with Live Out Loud for training on their affiliate program (which pays very well if you are looking for a cash machine).  One of the things we came away with is Loral’s process for revenue modeling.  It is a very simple process because you want to quickly figure out what you need to do to meet your goals then get busy doing those things.

Do You Believe the Media?

The successful people in business that I have talked to don’t watch the news or read newspapers.  That doesn’t mean that they are completely uninformed about what is going on in the world, but more that they don’t want to be overly influenced by what the media says.

The media wants you to believe that the economy is in recession and things are getting worse.  That may be the truth for some, like some banks and the American auto industry where things are really bad because of bad business decisions they made.  For others though, things are going very well.  My business has never been better and my wife has just launched a new business of her own.

How to Build Repeat Customers

It is much cheaper to keep an existing customer than to acquire a new one.  With that in mind, you need to create a process to keep your customers interested in your products and repeatedly draw them back.  One method is to create a sales funnel.

Opportunities for Employment

With the economy the way it is and unemployment rising, many people are looking for opportunities for employment.  As painful as it is for those people who are directly affected, some experts say that what is happening is actually a correction.  One of the principles America was founded on was entrepreneurship and since the industrial revolution our society has moved away from small businesses to where most people now work for large companies.  Our food comes from industrial farms instead of small family farms.  The things we use are made in large factories and sold at big-box stores instead of made by craftsmen and sold in mom-and-pop stores.

Wellness Network Marketing

Network Marketing, especially Wellness Network Marketing, is a great way to build a supplemental income, and eventually a primary income.

This is the perfect time to think about starting a network marketing business.  These days everyone is worried about the economy.  Banks are going under as well as other large businesses.  Thousands of people are becoming unemployed.  Network Marketing is the perfect answer to this problem.  I know people who are doing Tupperware, Shaklee, Arbonne, Juice Plus, Ambit, Ignite,  Xango, and SendOutCards.  I am with Nikken, a wellness network marketing company.  None of them are worried about losing their job.  Once they have been doing it for a while they aren’t worried about their next paycheck either.  My upline has been with Nikken for better than 20 years and is not worried at all about the economy.  They have created their own, very robust, economy.

The Key to a Prosperous Home Based Business

Persistence is the key to building a prosperous home based business.

There are two points to persistence when building your business.  The first is the persistence to stick with your business over time and the second is the persistence it takes to convert your prospects into customers.

Relationship Marketing Strategy

Do you have a relationship marketing strategy?

You have probably heard a lot in the past couple of years that traditional methods of marketing no longer work, or at least don’t work as well as they used to, because your customers are bombarded with way too much information from a variety of sources. So once you have successfully acquired a new customer you want to do everything in your power to keep them. One way to do that is with relationship marketing.

The Miracle of Multiple Streams of Income

Last time we talked about how a “job” is a dead end.  JOB = Just Over Broke.  The problem is that your income is ultimately limited to the number of hours in the day.

What else is there?

There are three broad categories of ways to make money.  The first is to trade time for money, or have a job.
